| Details: | Contacted Darren at the City of Eagle Point about the recent TC+ results from samples taken on 6/5/2025 and 6/6/2025 at 752 Vista Park. A level 2 investigation was conducted and determined that a nearby service had a faulty cross connection device that was submerged. The device has since been repaired and the device is no longer submerged. Also, subsequent routine sample has come back clean. | ||
