| Details: | Spoke with John Kolos wife on the phone about the positive coliform result. She said that the lab (Umpqua Research) called and told her that she needed to take a repeat sample. I told her that I was following up with the water system and that she needed to take a well sample labeled triggered and a repeat sample at the same location. There was no confirmation on why potential reason for a positive result. Next steps to wait for results. 7/31/25 Spoke with John Kolos about positive test. He was unaware he needed to take 2 samples. I explained I had told JoAnn that two samples were required. Operator said that the communication must have slipped through the cracks. John is going to try and get both samples in. |
