| Details: | I contacted Mr. Rice and informed him the recent coliform sample taken (7/21/25), which was the first sample for the "opportunity to correct" for this system, came back positive for total coliform. I informed him of the 3 repeats and the 1 triggered follow ups required. I also informed him of the need for 3 temporary routines for August 2025, and that these would count towards the final required sample in the "opportunity to correct" series. |
