| Details: | 2025 Survey follow up 09.11.2025 -The operator has confirmed that the Operation and Maintenance Manual and the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) have both been updated. These documents will be reviewed by DWS during the next scheduled water system survey. - The operator reviewed the 2022 tracer study and have changed the contact time to 28 minutes. Free chlorine levels have been increased to 2.0 ppm in preparation for when the temperature drops this winter. The updated contact report can be seen in the monthly report for August 2025. All corrective actions completed. no further actions needed. 07.23.2025 -Operator provided photos of the new NSF 60 certified sodium hypochlorite used for water treatment. 07.23.2025 -Survey report and cover letter submitted to operator. DMCE notified. 07.11.2025 -Conducted survey site visit. Unmet rule requirements noted. Written coliform plan review completed during site visit. |
