| Details: | I did a phone call to Alyssa to follow up forwarding the e-mail that I sent to Claire Robinson 07-09-25 because Alyssa sent a Level 1 investigation form to us. Repeat samples are positive for coliform and no "source" sample has been taken as needed per the temporary schedule after the coliform alert. I requested a call back after review of the e-mail sent. I provided best phone numbers for today and tomorrow. I let her know we would need to do a level 2 investigation. I also left a voicemail at the Wildwood Office today asking for Mark Marshall to call back if he is available. Addendum 07-24 afternoon: Alyssa called back in the afternoon. We discussed getting a triggered source sample to resolve the violation for missing it. We discussed the temporary sampling schedule and I e-mailed her some clarifying information and requested call back at Claire or Marks earliest convience to discuss the system. I provided Joel Ferguson's contact number here at Clackamas County Drinking water to call Friday. I let Alyssa know we will update her when we plan to complete Level 2 coliform investigation. She reports concern about contamination during testing, but no other problems visible with the hand pump that could be cause of +coliform sample. She reports they have disinfected (chlorine)the system prior to second repeat and plan to disinfect again and resample. |
