| Details: | The water system coliform sample collected 7/15/25 was positive for total coliform. Three repeat samples and a triggered source sample were collected 7/17. The same location tested positive again for total coliform. This is a coliform sample station. The system did a low dose chlorine flush. Another sample was collected on 7/22/25 and it was absent for bacteria. System will need to fill out a level 1 form. |
