Details:	Mr. Winkler submitted his January coliform sample via snail mail as he always does. Since we didn't receive it for some reason, he's faxing it in later this evening. He may fax results in the future. No actions needed once January (& February's which is in the mail) results are received. ~~~ ..more confusion, but got resolved later in March. See next CR.
