| Details: | Jim contacted Clackamas County to report repeat sample came back positive for coliform at the source today. The results are not posted yet on DWS. I called and advised to issue boil water notice for E-coli within 24 hours and provided English an Spanish template for it. I requested a copy of the notice as well. I provided contact info for Circut Rider as well. He inquired about installation of UV and I advised that sometimes UV is effective and sometimes chlorination installation is still needed when UV disinfection is not enough. I advised he work with a professional vendor for disinfection systems and I would keep him informed as the results of the samples are entered and any OHA DWS instructions posted. | ||
