| Details: | Dennis continues to operate the WTP, though he no longer has interest in doing so. London has initiated work on an LOI for SRF funding to convert from surface water to ground water. Due to the slow process of seeking and obtaining funding, the fact no one is interested in being the DRC (save for a new resident who has California certification, yet is not able to obtain reciprocity from Oregon), and the disinterest of all residents in maintaining the surface water treatment, no one is interested in submitting compliance forms as they would be in violation anyway for not having a DRC. Sending in the forms is recommended regardless of no DRC. On the whole, London is frustrated with the circumstances and does not feel the state is providing sufficient support in their plan to convert to ground water. |
