Details:	Gene called to discuss progress installing disinfection at the water system. He said Civil West is currently preparing plans for chlorine injection at both wells because of differing flow rates. Gene mentioned the project is complicated by the need to replace the electrical system which wasnt installed correctly when first constructed. I reminded Gene that plans must be submitted by the end of May to meet the deadline in the letter. Gene stated the plans would be submitted in the near future.
