| Details: | Received a voicemail from Mel stating that the same sample site (outside Office HB) tested positive for total coliforms, but the other 2 RP samples and the AS sample tested negative. He was unsure why this happened and mentioned that they would stop using this sample location. We discussed that a Level 1 investigation would be triggered and that I would email him the L1 Form. I also recommended adding a different sample site in that building, if possible, just to make sure there isn't an issue in that area. |
