| Details: | Today, OHA-DWS was forwarded a complaint from EPA Region 10 from 8/2: "Drinking water line hooked to the sewer. line. It does not have a back flow preventer hooked up to the "water line to the clean out trap". Has been like that for 4 years. Leaking in to drinking water. My other half has sewer poisoning and I do have sewer poisoning myself too. I sent you pic already. But nothing has been done about it." OHA-DWS has received the same complaint about this address 3700 Hagers grove RD SE in January (from EPA) and June 2025 (from DEQ).
