| Details: | System had TC+ routine on 7/24/25. Called operator Kevin and discussed repeat and triggered sampling. This is an OVS and requires one repeat and one triggered only. Kevin said he will take rp/tg samples today and should have results by tomorrow. Positive sample was taken at the end of distribution. Result will dictate further action. |
