Details: | The system received violation (903352509) for failing to report pH every 14 days on the June Corrosion Control Report for EP-B. On July 28, the system submitted an amended report with an additional pH reading to meet the required frequency. DWS staff followed up by email to confirm the violation remains valid due to late submission of the data. Staff emphasized the system’s responsibility to understand and comply with all monitoring and reporting requirements and that entry point pH must be measured at least every 14 days. Staff clarified that handheld meters or online analyzers may be used, provided they are accurate, calibrated, and documented. Staff suggested the system develop a written procedure identifying the monitoring requirements, method(s), equipment used, and how reportable values are determined. | ||
