| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the owner as a couple of repeat samples came back total coliform positive. Proper sampling technique was discussed but it is looking like there is an issue in the facility's distribution. Discussed corrective actions including shock treatment. Owner understands that he is responsible for taking a triggered well sample, 3 repeats, 3 temporary routines during august and 3 temporary routines during September as well. Owner is reaching out to city to attempt connection to city water. | ||
