| Details: | I checked in with Lonny Sayles, who is still acting as the system operator for the next week or so, regarding the outstanding survey deficiency. Lonny confirmed that all required materials for the required plan-review (New Well) had been submitted, and that final approval was pending. Lonny had recently met/video-conferenced with Zach C.G. and other State DW staff to discuss plan-review requirements for this system. As the required materials appeared to have been submitted, and final approval seems likely in the near future, an additional 60-day time extension has been granted for this system to correct the survey deficiency regarding the plan-review for the new well. |
