| Details: | Emailed operator notifying them of ongoing CC excursions. The system is required to post a Tier-2 Public Notice for failure to maintain C.C. parameters for Copper. I included a template of the required public notice with instructions for the operator to fill out. I recommended that the operator contract professional assistance to maintain/adjust the corrosion control system as necessary to prevent additional excursions in the upcoming monitoring period. |
