| Details: | I called Mr. Esparza and left a voicemail regarding the 5 triggered source samples for E. Coli and coliform. Afterwards I performed a site visit and informed the facility of the need for the 5 triggered source samples and that they need to repost the boil water public notice. They had initially taken it down after contacting the sampling lab (Spring St Analytical). I also emailed the coliform sampling procedure to the facility as they had stated confusion about it. | ||
