| Details: | The operator contacted our office to report that lab results for the routine distribution sample collected on August 7, 2025, TC+ and EC+. I let the operator know that the next step is to collect repeat distribution samples and a source sample within 24 hours. This follow-up sampling is necessary to confirm the initial result and rule out any potential sampling error before determining additional corrective actions. We also discussed the importance of restoring the normal function of the chlorinator to ensure adequate disinfection. Following our conversation, I provided a follow-up email with specific sampling location instructions and guidance information. |
