| Details: | Called and spoke with Amber about the alert for a positive coliform result being obtained. This occurred during routine quarterly distribution sampling. Amber stated that the firm has identified a dead bulb in their UV light treating the system and is working to have that replaced. One triggered source sample and three repeat samples in distribution need to be taken and analyzed as soon as possible. | ||
