| Details: | E. Coli positive sample 09.08.2025 - Once again, the operator was contacted via email and requested to follow up with the lab to have the RT sample collected on August 11 change to a RP sample. 08.19.2025 - Operator was contacted over the phone. A message was left requesting for the system to follow up with their lab and have them change the sample type for the August 11 collection. The sample was incorrectly labeled as a Routine (RT) sample, but it should have been a Repeat (RP) sample. 08.11.2025 - The E. Coli positive sample on 08.08.2025 was collected prior to chlorination due to operator error. The operator has been instructed to collect three repeat samples: one at the correct sampling location (the kitchen) as per the coliform sampling plan, one upstream (within five connections of the kitchen sample site), and a third downstream (within five connections of the kitchen sample site). Additionally, the operator was advised to verify reported chlorine levels and ensure the person collecting samples is accurately measuring them. |
