| Details: | E. Coli positive sample 08.11.2025 - The E. Coli positive sample was collected prior to chlorination due to operator error. The operator has been instructed to collect three repeat samples: one at the correct sampling location (the kitchen) as per the coliform sampling plan, one upstream (within five connections of the kitchen sample site), and a third downstream (within five connections of the kitchen sample site). Additionally, the operator was advised to verify reported chlorine levels and ensure the person collecting samples is accurately measuring them. |
