| Details: | I called Tony to inquire about the missing routine monthly total coliform samples and to inform him OHA DWS is sending him a compliance letter. We discussed why the WS was switched from quarterly to monthly TC monitoring. During our discussion it came up the the WS closes and depressurizes some of the system during the months of November through February to prevent water line freezing. I am sending an inventory update to change the operating schedule to reflect this. I discussed this with Tony and informed him of the annual start up schedule requirements. Tony said he would collect a coliform sample on 3/7 and resume monthly monitoring. | ||
