| Details: | Three of four repeat and triggered samples positive. Two positive for E.Coli. Discussed with Kevin system distributed boil-water alert 8/7/2025. Alerted all nine homes. Sent system boil-water template and worked on chlorination recipe. Kevin stated that triggered sample was actually post-reservoir per Abass pump. Abass will repair leak in reservoir. Kevin asked if follow-up samples could wait until repairs are completed. Boil-water advisory to stay in effect until repairs are made and samples show absent for bacteria. No level-two investigation required for OVS. System should install a proper raw sample tap to be representative of well source before reservoir. | ||
