| Details: | Spoke with Phillip about the WS being on the PNC list for 5 months. He is going collect assessment samples from both wells to resolve the source sample violation from 2024. He will be collecting a round of 5 lead and copper samples asap and have the results reported before 10/10/25 to resolve the LCR Late/Nonreporting violation from 2022. He is working on completing the LSL inventory update to resolve those related violations. | ||
