| Details: | The routine coliform sample collected on 8/12/2025 tested positive for total coliform bacteria and negative (absent) for E. coli. Advised system of the requirement to collect repeat and triggered source samples within 24 hours. No other action is required in response to the initial result. Update 9/2/2025: The routine result and associated repeat results were invalidated per OAR 333-061-0036(6)(a)(F)(ii). The sampling station with the total coliform positives was replaced with a new sampling station and resampled, and the result was acceptable. |
