| Details: | Phone and email contact to operator with out response regarding past CT violation (May) and new CT violation (July). Discussed violations, required public notices, and provided opportunity to go over CT forms and disinfection with water system. Discussed over voice mail and on email regarding accumulating violations and possible next steps if system reaches priority non-complier status. Phone contact with water system, system noted errors in reported regarding unchanged temperature columns and misinterpreted numbers for chlorine. System noted it will re-issue reports with corrected information and public notice posted in May to OHA by September 2nd. OHA discussed and will provide updated reporting form to help water system reporting, discussed system scores and public notice requirements. |
