| Details: | Routine sample 8/20 TC+. Called Bonnie and discussed repeat and triggered sampling. They will take 3 repeats and a triggered from the well that supplies water to that pressure zone (upper area well #2) System has two wells. One (well 1 feeds the lower pressure zone and well #2 feeds the upper zone). Systems are connected but separated with a valve that stays closed except for emergencies. System takes two routines/month. One from each pressure zone. Results will dictate further action. *Spoke with Darryl with Sno Cap and he discovered some ants in reservoir #2. This is the likely cause of the TC+. Community is under a level 3 evacuation from the Flat fire, and residents may not return for a few days. This may delay repeat sampling. Discussed going ahead and chlorinating system since we have a probably cause and then taking repeat samples after to ensure absent of coliforms. |
