| Details: | System contact called to let this office know that the routine sample came back E.coli positive. Let her know that this triggers follow up sampling. This system consists of a hand pump. Let her know that a source sample is needed and 3 repeat samples are needed labeled repeat distribution. She indicated that the samples will be taken & will discuss removing the pump handle with PGE management. | ||
