| Details: | 3/25/25 survey noted no lead line inventory and now taking residual chlorine from distribution at least twice monthly. Spoke with Brian and they are not taking and recording chlorine from out in the system at least twice/month and a lead service line inventory was submitted 4/2/2025. | ||
