| Details: | All 4 repeats and Triggered samples following routine TC+ 8/18 also positive. Called Jonathon and Dan Pebbles. System will chlorinate well 8/23, flush and resample early September. System will need 3 temp routines in September and can use these as follow up to ensure chlorination removed coliforms. Gave Jonathon Level 1 investigation form to submit after follow up sample results are in. | ||
