| Details: | I spoke with Mr. Ezparza and informed him of the recent total coliform positive result from the 8/21/25 sample date. He has been informed of the need to take 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered sample and understands correct sampling sites and protocol. He intends to submit these on 8/26/25. He also stated that he recently became aware of a valve in the pumphouse that was out of position which filters the water for iron removal and believed this may be a reason for the recent issues. He now has this operating correctly. We have also discussed recent samples and protocols over the past 2 weeks in an attempt to understand why the E. Coli issue has arisen. |
