Explained that the system need to conduct a Level 1 investigation, complete corrective action (e.g., shock chlorination) and collect three temporary routines before May 31, 2018. Sent a copy of the Level 1 investigation form and information on shock chlorination. Called Theresa Stout on May 30, 2018 and reminded her that the Level 1 Investigation needed to be submitted to the Drinking Water Services by June 13, 2018. |
