Details:	I contacted the system via email and follow up phone call. The Federal government shutdown at the beginning of 2019 calendar year impacted the federal park and translated into late reporting of the monthly SW report. Mark D. is confirming the 2018 annual Nitrate sample was taken and will submit the results if so.
