| Details: | Sheldon called. Talked about the 10/17/18 Water System Survey and the assessment source sample violations (2018). The well seal and the reservoir deficiencies have reportedly been resolved. We asked Sheldon to send us pictures and/or a narrative describing when and how the corrections were made. The remaining deficiencies still need to be resolved. We asked Sheldon to draft a reasonable correction schedule for us to review. Sheldon said that he would get that information to us and collect the assessment samples soon. | ||
