Details:	Spoke with Kathy about the system score being 11. We are able to RTC the old Public Notice violation (#8218) since #8213 was RTC'd in March of 2015. This should bring the system score down to 6. The source sample violation (#8214) will also be addressed. Kathy said they will collect that sample next time they do their routine coliform sample (next week). I also communicated that they are on a monthly coliform sampling schedule and must collect 12 consecutive monthly samples with no detects for coliform in order to return to quarterly sampling.
