| Details: | Received multiple complaints from a water customer about low/no pressure at their connection. There is a dispute between the the home owner and water system about where the problem is and who is responsible. I spoke with the complainant and water system operator several times and the problem had not been resolved. I then contacted the circuit rider and asked them to provide assistance in determining the cause of the low/no pressure issues in the distribution. The circuit rider was able to visit the water system quickly and determined the problem to be with a lateral on the home owners property. | ||
