I called and left a message for the operator to call me back concerning the sanitary survey completed in September of 2017. 6/6/2018 Attempted to email the operator again but it was returned as undeliverable. Called and left a message concerning the deficiencies and what deficiencies still need to be corrected, as well as my contact information. |
