| Details: | 1st quarter routine coliform TC+. Spoke with operator Bruce on 3/13. Apparently no raw sample tap exists between the pitless adapter and the reservoir so the triggered sample will actually be downstream from reservoir. Russell from Edge lab is on-site and taking two distribution repeats and a third sample from in the pumphouse near the pressure tank. This is a non-epa system. Wait for sample results to dictate further action. Discussed with Bruce that if coliforms present in repeats, system will have to chlorinate reservoir and complete a level 1 investigation form. System had a similar even in August of 2018. | ||
