| Details: | Rhonda called to inquire about a violation card they received. The WS is on an increased routine coliform schedule and missed the January 2019 sample. February has been reported. Rhonda asked if the WS could return to quarterly coliform monitoring. I consulted with OHA DWS and got the following response that I relayed to the water system: The 2 criteria not met are 12 consecutive months and a site visit within that time period. Since they went to monthly, they have missed January 18, March 18, April 18 and January 19. The soonest they will qualify is after their January 2020 sample assuming they get every month this year. The WS should be on the water system survey list for 2020, if not I will still schedule a visit to return them to quarterly if they meet all of the other criteria. |
