Details:	Mr. Price contact us via phone to discuss an emailed picture sent to us of the repaired well seal. He reported that the well had been repaired on 11/10/18. Mr. Price also informed us that the Dry Creek Reservoir had been decommissioned and disconnected from the water system on 11/03/18. Both matters are now considered to be resolved. We also discussed the other remaining significant violations documented during the recent survey. Mr. Price stated that he would submit a proposed corrective action schedule to our office as soon as possible. Lastly, we discussed issuance of the Tier 2 public notice associated with missing the deadline to resolve deficiencies noted during the water system survey. Mr. Price indicated that the notice would be distributed as soon as possible and that copies would be shared with the regulatory authority.
