| Details: | Today a phone call was made to the system operator. During the phone conversation the operator was made aware that the latest samples taken by Grants Pass Water Lab have come back E. coli positive and that there is a requirement to take 5 confirmation samples. The operator was made aware that the well should not be shocked or treated prior to taking confirmation samples. The operator was made aware that Sarah Schwab with ODA made contact with the Grants Pass water lab. I let the operator know that Sarah Schwab spoke with Kathleen and Mary at the lab and they said that Eric from the lab was on his way out to the system to take the 5 confirmation samples this afternoon. | ||
