| Details: | Contacted Mary Jackson and her husband, Randy, about the TC+ result at London Water. Let them know that they needed to take 3 repeat samples. Randy informed me that he had already taken the 3 repeat samples to the lab, but he forgot to take the chlorine residual reading on 2 of the 3 repeat samples. He did not notice this until he was dropping the samples at the lab. He asked the lab to test the samples anyway. When he got back home, he took the residuals at the 2 locations and the results were 0.08 and 0.13 mg/L approximately 3 hours later. System will retake 2 samples on Monday if this is not acceptable. Randy explained the low chlorine levels are because the chlorine chemical feed pump was not operating correctly recently. He believes they have since fixed the problem. |
