| Details: | Garren called to say they got both the filters bedded on Friday. The system collected a sample following the completion and have had it rushed to get a faster turn around time. I let Garren know since the arsenic is based on a running annual average (RAA) the system may be a priority non-complier by the time the RAA is below the MCL. This may require formal enforcement by the State through a bilateral compliance agreement BCA). | ||
