| Details: | I contacted Mr. Ward this dy and discussed outstanding deficiencies. The following deficiencies are considered resolved as of today: 1. No O&M manual 2. Public notice not issued 3. No cloiform sampling plan 4. No protocol for under-cert operators The following have revised due dates of 7/1/19: 1. ASR not issued 2. CCR not issued Mr. Ward will issue these to me directly to be submitted. |
