| Details: | Water system received violations in 2018 for missing their 2018 nitrate sample and their 2nd and 4th quarter coliform sample. The final plan review for the system was not approved until February 2019. The system is being moved to monthly sampling. The system was deactivated by Linn County November 20, 2016. There were 2 plan reviews for the system. 12/11/15 through 8/25/2016 for the construction of the new well and 2/7/2018 through 2/22/2019 for the construction of distribution lines for the system. The system was not serving water to the public during either plan review. It appears that this system was deactivated and reactivated on 3/14/2018 before final plan review was approved. |
