| Details: | We received a phone call from the operator requesting technical assistance regarding the water system survey deficiencies. The operator needed clarification regarding the public notification requirement. Additionally, the operator received clarification regarding the need to submit a corrective action plan regarding the remaining ‘significant violations’. These violations include: 1. Cross Connection Annual Summary Report not issued; 2. Cross Connection Testing records not current; 3. No Cross Connection Control Specialist; 4. Outdated coliform sampling plan; 5. No written protocols for under-certified operators; and 6. LCR AL exceedances, complete construction of optimal corrosion control treatment. | ||
