Details:	I returned Susan Hart's call from 3/22/2019 regarding status of survey deficiencies. I told her that Meredith Riley had indicated that she was going to do a site visit 3/14/2019 but that I had no information ( email, contact report etc.) regarding that visit yet. Susan confirmed that the visit on 3/14/2019 did take place and that Meredith had indicated that all deficiencies had been corrected. Once documentation showing that issues have been resolved is received, then the status will be updated.
