| Details: | Clarifications on 2017 sig deficiencies. Contact via both email and phone. Hal was concerned that some of the significant deficiencies from the 2017 survey had not been addressed properly before the previous DRC left (beginning of April). 1) Although the DRC had obtained a new lock, he was waiting till a contractor would be scaling the reservoir anyway before fixing the lock up on the hatch itself. Meanwhile, the existing lock on the access ladder was enough for our security question. 2) Clarified that they do not need to add a screen or additional air gap for the existing flapvalve on the overflow line. They just need to keep the area around it clear of vegetation or debris so that nothing interferes with it staying closed or reseating itself properly by gravity every time it is lifted. 3) Brought to his attention that I believe the electronically stored turbidity data gets overwritten at some point. They should find out how to access that data so they can complete the required filter profile at least once per calendar quarter. | ||
