| Details: | Spoke with Jamie regarding 10/17/2018 survey. Survey was completed by Carrie Gentry and a few deficiencies noted. A written coliform sampling plan has been developed and addresses both sides of the system. A protocol for under-certified operators has been created in the job descriptions and Jamie will apply for D1 later in the year. All chemicals have been removed from around well #1 and setback issues for #2 and #3 are being address by Jamie and Carrie. Radius of control for these wells may be reduced if they are found to be in a confined aquifer. |
