| Details: | Routine coliform for this OVS taken 8/25/25 TC+ and E.coli+. Called new contact Jon and he said sample was taken from bathtub faucet. Discussed alternate sampling locations and sanitizing fixtures. System will take one repeat and one triggered source sample today and have results by tomorrow. Any TC+ results will require a boil water notice until follow up results show absent for bacteria. Will email boil water notice to Jon now so he has it if needed. Results will dictate further action. | ||
